The Susan Cox Powell Foundation has an even stronger desire to reach out and provide assistance to other families
The services of the Susan Cox Powell Foundation will allow victims of domestic abuse to receive the support, assistance and care they deserve. This support will extend to their children, their families, and even their animals. This is a mission for which Susan would have advocated! We also hope to provide the same strong shoulder and caring heart to families of missing persons that others granted us during a difficult time. We will help families connect with existing organizations in their local area, that are able to provide assistance.

The mission of the Foundation

To provide an easily accessible database of resources across the United States, that may be helpful to victims and domestic abuse and their families, in an effort to create a resource clearinghouse for other families to use in their time of crises; and

To financially support worthy organizations that currently assist and advocate for victims of domestic abuse and their families; and

To support domestic violence prevention efforts and to participate in community and school-based education about domestic violence prevention with a special emphasis on recognizing the early
signs of abuse.
